Certificate Course in Healthcare Quality (CCHQ)

The Certificate Program in Healthcare Quality combines the theoretical and practical aspects of quality at every level of,
healthcare delivery and personnel involved. With physicians, nurses and health professionals playing a pivotal role quality healthcare delivery,
the course helps in improving the healthcare services being provided across the nation.

Government of Odisha has adopted CCHQ to train 85 medical officers in 3 batches in 2019

Government of Madhya Pradesh maternal health division has adopted CCHQ for conducting 1 batch of 21 participants in Delhi

CCHQ Cycle I 

05th March 2018 – 10th March 2018

The first cycle (Batch Size: 27); witnessed representation from 8 states (Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Kerala and West Bengal) with approximately 50% candidates from the government sector. 10 state nominations were received from Directorate of Health Services, Madhya Pradesh and 3 candidates represented U.P. technical support unit (UPTSU).

The course had a panel of 14 distinguished speakers with an established track record in the field of healthcare quality.

CCHQ Cycle II in collaboration with NTPC 

16th July 2018 -21st July 2018

The course was conducted in collaboration with NTPC for training of their medical officers. A total of 24 medical officers from all across the country underwent the training in this cycle. The course had a panel of 11 esteemed and experienced speakers, who delivered the course modules over the span of 6 days at Power Management Institute (PMI), NOIDA. The course witnessed extensive discussion between the participants and the speakers on all the course modules covering various aspects of healthcare quality.

CCHQ Cycle III in collaboration with Madhya Pradesh Government 

22nd October 2018 – 27th October 2018

Government of Madhya Pradesh nominated 39 medical officers/Staff Nurses from various districts to undergo quality training. The course modules spanned over 6 days were held at International Institute of Health Management Research, IIHMR. The course had a panel of 11 esteemed and experienced speakers covering various topics.

CCHQ Cycle IV in collaboration with Gujarat Government 

28th January 2019 - 02nd February 2019

Govt. of Gujarat nominated 35 PHC Medical Officers from all across the state to undergo this training at Indian Institute of Public Health , Gandhinagar from 28th January – 2nd February 2019 and state is considering to conduct more batches. The course had a panel of 10 esteemed and experienced speakers, who delivered all six day sessions in a very focused manner and extensive discussion took place between the participants and the speakers. Overall the sessions were very interactive and participants appreciated the course content.


Primary Objective
